■Y/N's POV■

I look out off my window, the sky is painted with dark red and orange color.  It's getting dark outside and so does inside my heart.

Yesterday I got my memories back after meeting with Saimi Kinana, Ryou kun's girlfriend that made me fight with Ryou kun.

How did they break up? Is he doing it... because of the guilt...

Does he being in a relationship with me... because he's feeling guilty?

These sort of questions keep on poping inside my head, brings another batch of tears to roll down my cheeks.

I buried my face on my knees, recalling Ryou kun's face from yesterday, as I walk away from him.

Why did he put on such a sad face?

My heart is in pain remembering the day Ryou kun blames me and sided with Kinana.

Y/N: he... didn't have to go as far as being with me... just because he's feeling guilty...

I don't want him to force his feelings...

Just then as I'm drowned in my own thoughts, I hear voices from downstairs.

Y/N's mom: Ryouta

Dub Dub

Ryou kun's here?

Kise: Y/N... is she in her room?

Y/N's mom: yes, she looks down... did you guys fought?

My heart clenches as I walk closer to my door and listen to them.

Kise: yes... I... did something bad... that's why... I need to talk to her...

But I... don't know what to talk about...

I lock my door and slumps down, resting my back on my door. I hears as Ryou kun's steps getting closer and eventually stops.

Kise: Y/N...

Please go...

I hear soft knocks from the other side. Ryou kun's voice is even softer.

Kise: Y/N... please... let me in... let's talk...

You didn't let me back then...

Kise: Y/N please-

Y/N: please go... I... don't want to talk...

Kise: Y/N... I'm not going...

Ryou kun...

I hear him sighs after a couple of minutes and I can hear he is moving away from my door. I hear that he climbs down the stairs.

In the end... he left...

Y/N: he... must've been mad...

Just then.

Y/N's mom: RYOUTA WHAT ARE YOU DOING? GET DOWN HERE!

Huh? Mom?

Y/N's Dad: Ryouta that's dangerous, stop it!

Ryou kun? What is he doing?

Just when I'm wondering about what Ryou kun's doing.

I look up at my window and my eyes can't believe what I see. Ryou kun is right outside my window. Opening it from the outside and climbs in.

He... climbed...

I get up and turns around, about to unlock my door and walk out of my bedroom, but Ryou kun grabs my hand that's holding onto the key.

I feel his other hand on my shoulder and then my body was spun around. I now leaning back on my door and look up at Ryou kun's face.

Warm tears fall onto my cheeks.

Ryou kun... is crying...

Kise: please... let me talk, don't avoid me...

I was hurt by him...

The day he didn't believe in me...

■Kise's POV■

I can't hold it as my tears fell, landed on Y/N's already drenched cheeks. Seeig how she avoid me, I feel tortured. But then again, I'm the one who hurt her first.

Kise: Y/N... please... listen to me...

Y/N: hiks...

I look down and see as she cries again.

Y/N : you... didn't let me say anything back then... I... shouldn't either...

I leans in closer and puts my head on her shoulder. I feel her small figure stiffens, her body that seems comfortable around me for the past few months, now they feel foreign.

Kise: Y/N... I'm sorry... back then... I... I didn't let you say anything... I was... surprised to see that girl cry...

Y/N: you said (sniffles) you said you can't believe me...

My hands tightened around her, guilt spreads in every inches of my body.

Kise: yes... that's my fault... I'm sorry I messed up...

I can feel Y/N's hands on my chest, her small fists hits me lightly.

Y/N: you yell at me... (sniffles) you look at me as if.... as if I was a bad person (sniffles)

I move my hands to her back, pulling her body forwards toward mine, holding her tightly.

Kise: yes... that's also my fault... I'm sorry... sorry for yelling at you...

Y/N's body trembles in my arms, her sniffling voices filled the room.

Y/N : you... after the accident... probably you lesrn about my feelings... and because you're feeling guilty... you... asked me o-

Kise: Now that's not how it is... I love you, guilty or not...

Y/N: Lies...

I pushes her body away from me and stares at her face. She avoided my eyes, shutting her eyes, looking away from me.

Kise: Y/N... look at me...

She still hasn't look up...

Kise: Y/N...

She slowly opens her eyes and looks at me. Her beautiful eyes are drenched with tears, all puffy and red. I gently rubs the reddish part on the side of her eyes.

Kise: yes... I'm... I feel guilty for hurting you... for yelling at you and siding with Saimi Kinana... I'm sorry... I was a fool... but

Y/N blinks, another tears fall down her cheeks.

Kise: my feelings for you... they're not related to my guilt... after I realized my feelings... how it was not how I care for a friend...

I leans in but Y/N pushes my chest, preventing me from getting closer, but I'm stronger then her. I kiss the side of her eyes and she shuts her eyes again. When I pull back she looks up at me.

Kise: when I know I love you... I hope that you can remember everything... even my mistakes... so I can apologize... and love you properly...

I pull her close to me, hugging her tightly.

Kise: forgive me Y/N... I'm sorry... please forgive me and then... let me confess my feelings to you again...

I need to face this...

Faces my mistakes...

Face her hatred towards them...

And ask for forgiveness...

So I can properly tell her my feelings...

■3rd Person POV■

Y/N's body trembles in Kise's strong arms. She listens to everything that Kise said, how his gentle voice sounds careful as he speaks. How she can feel the genuine feelings from every words he said.

Y/N was hurt when she remembers about their dispute. And then she's hurt again because she thought Kise dated her because he's feeling guilty.

But now listening to him explains things like that. Y/N's walls crumbles. More tears poured out of her eyes and she buries her face on Kise's chest, drenching his t shirt.

Y/N: I (sniffles) I hate you... You're so mean... mean Ryou kun (sniff)

Kise rubs Y/N's back gently and stroke her hair with his other hand.

Kise: yes yes... I'm really mean... I'm sorry...

Y/N clutches the front of Kise's shirt.

Y/N: You didn't let me explain things... You sided with her... (sniffles) You... yiu don't know how hurt it is for me... to be yelled at by the person I like... (sniffles)

Kise buries his face on Y/N's hair.

Kise: I'm sorry Y/N... sorry for not realizing your feelings... for not realizing how you were suffered because of me since middle school... I'm an idiot...

Kise feels small hands move to his back and tightly hold onto it.

Y/N: I... I've been listening to you talk about other girls for years... (sniffles) though I like you... I... I don't mind... as long as I can still be friends wit you... but... it actually hurts...

Kise: sorry for not noticing... sorry for making you faced all of that... now I'll love you even more to repent...

Y/N: I... I love Ryou kun... a lot...

Kise couldn't stop a smile from appearing on his face as he finally let a sigh of relief.

Kise: I love you too... so much Y/N... so forgive me?

Kise feels that Y/N nods her head and he's glad. He pushes her back a little, looking at her face.

Kise : now... let me do it again... now that you remember everything and forgive me... let's start again...

Kise hold Y/N's hand gently and brings it to his lips.

Kise: I love you Y/N.... so much... sorry for making you waiting for a long time... Y/N... please be my girlfriend...

Y/N brings her other hand to cover her eyes as she's crying happy tears by now, that they just won't stop.

Y/N: I... I love you too Ryou kun... I... always hoped for the day... Ryou kun stop being my bestfriend... and... be my boyfriend...

Once again Kise pulls Y/N's body to his, holding her close to him.

Kise: now... consider it done... as you're now my girlfriend..  and will be my bestfriend in live... till the day I stop breathing... I love you Y/N...

The two bestfriends now officially changed their relationship. Y/N finally got the man he loves and Kise got the girl who always been there for him and he loves without him realizing.

It's a new start for the two hearts...
